Pathetic service

Good day,

I have been holding on the phone for an half an hour without any joy speaking to someone.

My parcel was supposed to come yesterday and there was a delay in delivery. So i was informed that it will be delivered today. It is past 16h00 and i am still waiting, and when i tried to follow up no one answers the phone.

When i eventually got hold of someone the lady put me on hold without saying anything and everything just went quiet.

This is pathetic service i will make sure i never make use of Courier It services.
