Pathetic service

Bad bad bad service. Each time I phoned in they tell me different stories where my parcel is. 1st day-I'll receive it on monday, 2nd day - spoke to an agent informing me that my parcel was given to the incorrect courier guy to deliver, she promised me that they will deliver it after hours as it was there mistake, 3rd day- phoned inbspoke to a manager and she told me that they did not even receive my parcel... What the helllllll???!!!!! Dont you know how to use your system as every person tells me something els....... Courier it is the worst!!!!!! This is not the first time this is happening to me...
