Pathetic Service!

On the 7th of June 2018, I made an online purchase at Urban Decay.I then received a shipment email confirmation from Urban Decay, the following day, detailed with my tracking # as well as the courier company i.e Courier IT. I was certain and excited that my package was definitely on it's way.Now being a new week, I thought I'd relax and give the courier company a day or three to deliver my package.Today is the 14th of June 2018, I start to panic and decide to call the courier call centre to find out where my package could be, provided the consultant with my tracking # however I was told that my tracking # does not exist.Frustrated I sent Urban Decay an email to find out what gimmick this was.I was emailed back with an attachment confirming that my package was delivered on the 11th of June 2018 and signed for by someone I had never heard of before.I decided to call the courier call centre again with these new findings.I spoke to Peggy , who then put me on hold for a while, supposedly relaying my concerns to her manager, Elsie (apparently).Around 16:28pm, a staff member by the name of Helen, called me back,asking me if I found out where the person that signed for my package lives, as if that's my responsibility to run around the neighbourhood and hunt down that person.Now fuming and irritated I told her to give me solutions and not excuses. She said she understands my frustrations and then continued insult me by giggling towards the end of the call then disconnected.That behaviour is UNACCEPTABLE! Are there no security measures put in place that ensure that the right person receives their package.If I had instructed someone else to receive the package on my behalf, I would have given strict instructions prior to my package being shipped.I did not even receive a call inquiring about my whereabouts, instead your company let some stranger sign for my package, at some wrong address.I am livid and utterly disgusted by the service I've received from your company.FYI- I will not accept a opened package!!!
