Pathetic service

Im waiting now 3 days for a delivery. after the first day i was told my package is in Cape town (i'm not sure why it was taken to Cape town i work and stay in Jhb). The second day it was still in Cape town but i was contacted to say i will get delivery the driver is about an hour away. Yesterday the third day i spoke to a supervisor by the name Lerato she assured me the parcel will be in Jhb today and will i get delivery. this morning i phoned they had to investigate something and will call me back, i had to phone back as they NEVER return calls, just to hear my parcel is still in Cape town hens Lerato still promise me i will get my parcel today. i doubt that i can believe a word coming from any one there as i have been **** to, unacceptable
