Pathetic Service

One star is actually a too much for them. They failed to deliver my parcel since last week, worse part of it all they **** and said I am not available and that time I waited the whole day for them. on the second day they were apparently out of time and could not deliver. And all this without communication from them whatsoever. When I decided to call their office, the Manager is on sick leave, supervisor not available and they just drop the phone.

Pathetic Service ever
