Pathetic Service

<p>Bought something on OneDayOnly. CourierIT just couldn't find the simple location. They failed to contact me on three different occasions yet claimed that I was not available each time. They also failed to follow up when they claimed there was an address problem. I had to eventually phone them to ask what is happening. Only then did they schedule for delivery again. It has been 10 days since the parcel was first loaded in a CourierIT vehicle for delivery (22 days since I ordered) and who knows when I will ever receive it. If it ever arrives, how will I know the driver is nearby when they do not seem capable of contacting you?</p>
