Pathetic service

Pathetic service. Sms received that package will be delivered between 8am and 5pm.....really..... We don't live in the stone ages. Provide more realistic time frames...... And the package doesn't arrive. An entire day wasted and no consideration given by Courier it. No explanation and a number of calls later a promise that the packacage will be delivered before 9am the next morning. I did eventually receive the package @ 10.30 am the next day..... After numerous calls. @ Telkom..... Please change your service provider for deliveries....
