PATHETIC NON DELIVERY FOR PARCELS GOING FROM GAUTENG TO GAUTENG!!LOCAL????????

Totally pathetic service!

I have a parcel that was collected on the 10TH OF DECEMBER, we are now sitting on the 20TH OF DECEMBER - AND NO DELIVERY WHATSOEVER???

This is a parcel that is transiting from GAUTENG TO GAUTENG!?

WHAT COULD BE THE DELAY?

You can't get through to customer services, they are reluctant to give out their names. They promised delivery on Friday the 17th of December, yet nothing has come! They now are trying to locate the parcel - one agent this morning at 10:30am promised to call me back, nothing! I have just spoken to another agent now at 14:30pm and she advise that she will call me back - so let's see what comes of it?

The receptionist is absolutely shocking! She just transfers the call or puts you on hold without you being able to finish your sentence! If no one answers in customer service, she just hangs up the call on you.

I have probably spent a TOTAL OF 1H30 MINUTES ON THE PHONE TO THESE DAMN INCOMPETANT IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please DO NOT Courier IT - with Courier IT!!!! Your parcel will NEVER reach the receiver and if it does it's because the receiver would have to call numerous times, wasting time and money!!!
