Pathetic lying couriers

Cell C makes use of courier it. On tuesday the friver doing this route just left my parcel at the hubb yesterday wednesday 23/10/24 he had the parcel phoned me at 09:30 in the morning telling me where he is , i mist just add i am 27 km out of modimolle and sent him a location at 6:45 the morning . Still havent delivered he refused to travel the 27km and then he reports back that he could not find the adress but he did not even bother to read the pindrop or listen to my voicenote where i explained in detail the directions. So who must pay the contract i cannot pay a contract if i did kot receive my device, courierit will be responsible
