Pathetic! Insulting! ***********!

Absolute shockingly bad service! I cannot believe this company still operates with such terrible service. Received 6 sms in one day stating my delivery is out and i must remain at that address to receive it. No delivery showed up. I called to follow up- i was perceived to be an irritation. They could not contact their own driver for the entire day. They did not update me about what was going on. I made four calls to them, and when i called at closing the time, the manager Brandon had left for the day and not returned my call. Overheard the staff saying "I can't stand people like this" !!!!! Really????? This is supposed to be a business???? They failed to deliver , failed to update me, could not contact their own employees, and recived payment for a service they did provide, inconvenienced the customer, and that is their attitude. Well done, Brandon. Be proud of your team!
