service is pathetic the person that is supposed to deliver my item Napolean fakude - bluntly lies i have waited for 3 days now. today alone i had to phone in and was told delivery will be between 12 and 13 pm i called in again was told he is on his way and will be by me at 15:15 guess what nothing so then i go calling again and was told oh no the driver is done with deliveries for the day, so now i have spoken to Nhlanhla who apparently is a complaints manager of the drivers and have now been promised that he will call me back. better not hold my breathe
