Pathetic Customer Service Team/ Enesthan/ Gill/ Riana

Pathetic customer service Team. The worst i have ever come across. They are *********** and have the audacity to fight with customers when they are in the wrong. Enesthan Daas, the Customer Service Manager, called me uncouth and uncultured when he failed to deliver my item. His Manager Gill Veermaak and Riana Louw stood tall with him. This Company says they are against GBV, yet their male Manager cannot handle customers, and resort to calling names and saying i will not deal with you. Yeh if you cannot handle the query, its easy to say i will not interact with you. You caused the ****, so deal with it. If you are unable to handle your role in "Customer Service" kindly step down. Your service is pathetic.
