Pathetic customer service and work ethic

I dont know how service providers use this company, they have no business ethic when it comes to dealing with clients and no courtesy in informing the client when items will be delivered.

A courier company that can't deliver, really ironic. They give timelines but can't stick to them. No client satisfaction whatsoever, and I can guarantee they don't care a damn, judging from the fact that no one can answer the calls at their offices.

If you are a service provider think twice when choosing these guys to deliver your products!!
