PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND *********** STAFF

I am absolutely disappointed at the service I'm receiving from this COURIER IT. My parcel was received by them on Monday I can understand that Tuesday was a public holiday but i was supposed to get my delivery ON WEDNESDAY, yesterday I called them to follow up and my parcel has not been sent out today SAM from customer service says there's nothing he can do and he doesn't know why it's not out on delivery today he says either way there is no delivery drivers available so they can't do anything I should wait until tomorrow. I asked for a manager he says his manager is on lunch I can call back to which voice how Very dissatisfied i am and will be going to hello Peter he says ok no problem. I Called back again to speak to Sumayya which was supposed to be the 'MANAGER' she had an attitude telling me that she cant understand why they didnt deliver it and after explaining that a customer service Representative said that they will get the OPS MANAGER TO CONTACT ME she says well its not the ops managers job to call me however she will see what she can do and call me back.

TODAY 19 JUNE 2020 I still received NO feedback from the ''MANAGER'' so i called Courier It again at 7h50am to speak to the manager CECIL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE says that Sumayya is in training and there is nothing he can do he will not disturb her as she is busy, to which i asked if he can check if my parcel has been loaded and if i will get delivery today CECIL responds i wont know if you will be getting your parcel today the drivers are busy loading and i will only know at 8h30 IF THEY ARE DROPPING OFF MY PARCEL... I asked Cecil if there are any other Managers around to assist me he says no i can only complain to Sumayyah to which i responded ok than if i go to hello peter with my complaint will i get a response from your company he says im sure you should.

I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH COURIER IT FOR A WEEK AFTER NUMEROUS THREATS CECIL CALLS ME BACK AT 8H14 TO LET ME KNOW THAT MY PARCEL HAS BEEN LOADED AND I SHOULD RECEIVE IT TODAY I CANT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THE FRUSTRATION AND ANGER I AM CURRENTLY FEELING.
