Pathetic Courier Service

I am so disappointed in the service of this courier company I have received up to now. My parcel left JNB depot 24 May 2019 17:41 Check In at the DBN depot on 25 May 2019 07:14. Phoning this Company is pathetic they just don't answer the phone. As per sms this parcel was supposed to be delivered within 1 to 2 working days weekend's excluded to me, 7 days on the 31May 2019 still no parcel received. Phoning yesterday, 10 times, no reply from them, today eventually they answered and confirmed my parcel is at the depot, putting me through to the operations section, but no joy. After phoning again and asking for the Manager, the lady took my information and said she will get some one to call me back still no joy.
