wow worste service at the courier it airport city. got to the receptionist lady by the name of Gratchen did pay attention just took my waybill continue doing what she was doing she didnt give me any feedback she was busy in her cellphone and i kept on asking. still nothing except that i will call him i dont know call who and she didnt call that person i waited and waited for a parcel that was supposed to be delivared to me 3 weeks ago. now it makes sense why it was ni delivared. i had to drive from town to airport city about 30km to collevt my parcel and i received by Gratchen the face of courier it bad service in motion. wow pathetic. if u dont believe me send a black mistry shopper and find out for yourself
