Pathetic courier

Received an sms today morning saying they’ll deliver my parcel today , waited the whole day still no show .. tried calling the company, phones were not answered only to get “sorry we were unable to deliver your parcel to you. CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE “ at 19:30 . The parcel was suppose to be delivered by Sphesihle Nzima . How pathetic and unprofessional!! They don’t respect people’s time period!
