Pathetic company

Pathetic company that blames the customer when their drivers can't even be bothered to phone. I was at home the entire day, lost a day's pay, and I still haven't received my parcel.

I now receive this SMS "CourierIT was unfortunately unable to deliver your Telkom Order thd ********** 9. Please contact the Branch on Tel ********** Or click below to update delivery date Or address."

Why the hell must I phone the branch if EVERY OTHER COURIER I KNOW phones the customer to confirm the address.
