PATHETIC

The absolute worst and most inefficient courier service in South Africa. After 8 days of waiting for a delivery (not even 30kms distance from point to point) they say the address is unknown. this after they confirmed several times it will be delivered tomorrow morning, tomorrow morning, tomorrow morning, tomorrow morning etc. Why is this company even around and taking clients money and parcels if they cannot execute a simple 30km distance shipment.

If you want a reliable courier, please rather consider the services of The Courier Guy or Fastway Couriers. These 2 companies know what they are doing.
