Pathetic

I wish i could give zero stars. Pathetic service. i have a very busy job and i called in to ask what time i could exoect delivery. i was told 10am to 10:30 this it is now 12 and im forced to take a day off now because of sheer incompitence and a lack of courtesy. this is completety unacceptible. nonsense really. if i take the initiative to call in and ask for a delivery time i would think that i wouldnt be **** to.
