Pathetic

Worst service that I have ever seen. A week ago they send me an SMS telling me that I will get my parcel in 2-5 working days. But later the afternoon when I went online, I saw that they were in na armed *******. I just wished that they had the decency to pick up the phone and gave me a call to tell that there was an armed *******. After numerous email asking for an case number, I finally got response. Monday when I went online to see if they maybe got my parcel, I saw that there is another case number. After emailing the Joburg branch and head office, I still have not got any response about why there is two different case number.
