PATHETIC

Tragic service. All businesses should stop using them to send online purchases!!! Multiple times parcels have taken more than 2 weeks to get to me, when it was supposed to take 2 - 3 days. No answer at call centres, the phones just keep ringing forever - so impossible to even enquire as to the location of the parcel. PATHETIC.
