Pathetic !

Poor Client service! They had to deliver a package to me which according to them they could not find my location , I contacted them and gave them my contact details with the idea that they might contact me regarding the delivery of it the next day, and no communication was made by them to me, when I made contact with them as to why I have not received any feedback , the lady just said the package was put back into cage and that I have to wait for the next working day - when I asked her what would have happen if I did not make contact seeing that the package had to be delivered to me 2 days before she started to become cheeky and said well i'll just have to wait for the next delivery day.
