PATHETHIC SERVICE

I have had a very bad experience with Courierit. I received an sms on Friday stating that my delivery will be made in 24 hours. I called the call centre on Sataurday to confirm if I was going to receive my order and they advised that it will be on Monday. I advised them that the address that was on my order was my home address and there will be nobody available during the week. I asked them to please change it to my work address. On Monday morneing I called to confirm and they advised that it was changed. On Monday at 11:00 I received an SMS stating that there was no answer at the door so my parcel could not be delivered. i called the call centre and they went to my home instead of my work. I spoke to Mpume who was rude and was not willing to assist me. I then asked for a manger and he put me through to Rista who promised me that she has arranged for an eveneing delivery (after 6). I called the call centre at 7 to confirm if the delivery was going to take place and I spoke to Samantha who advised that ther were no notes on the systems of an after hour delivery. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS. Rista just told me that to get rid of me on the phone. THIS IS SHOCKING
