Parcels delayed

23rd Nov 8:18 am I received a message that my parcel will be delivered same day. I waited till 11am and I left because I had to work was waiting for their call.. until 4:30pm I phoned them asking what’s the hold up. The lady said they can’t get hold of their delivery guy making their problem mine. I kept quiet hoping today they will deliver 8:30 message came thru I left my house at 11:15 today going to work. At1hr I phoned them asking about my delivery still quiet and that lady said I must wait till 5pm 😳😳😳 poor service I dnt even know how these people are running a business they should have Calle d me and explained that my parcel was delayed not the other way around and im still waiting.
