Parcel received

Where do I start, I had a device collected to be repaired via an Insurance claim, there were no communication as to when it would be collected, and therefor had to reschedule for the next day when the driver pitched outside my gate as I was not home. I received an acknowledgment of collection receipt from the driver and it took two days for the office staff to trace my parcel as they could not work number on this collection receipt. Fast forward two weeks, I contacted yesterday and spoke to Letters Novela, he assisted me with kindness and promised that I would receive my returned parcel today. He contacted me this morning and provided me with a time of which the parcel would be delivered and it happened on time. I would like to thank Letters for easing my stress levels and ensuring my parcel was delivered
