Parcel out on delivery for two months

I placed an order twice with Telkom till to date my order hasnt arrived no communication just an sms to stating that my order is out on delivery,Initial order was placed in September and was cancelled with no reason provided , the second order is now over three week and still to date no feedback or update when I call the call centre they just inform me that my order is out on delivery even on their portal for how long will my parcel be out on delivery:( :( :(
