Parcel not received

i have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered since last week Thursday by courier from Telkom till today i have not received it. After numerous times contacting them to follow up on the parcel whereabouts only to be told that the driver is within our area and the parcel will be delivered to me before 5 P.M which they never did. one of the driver said there was too much traffic on his way to my place which made him not to deliver on Thursday/Friday but on the system the update was different as he updated that "contact not available" i called in again to update the contact details since all they could say was "contact not available" also confirmed the address with their call center agents which they confirmed to be correct. Am very disappointed and very irate over this issue (terrible service)
