"Parcel Never Delivered - Extremely Frustrating Experience"

The courierit company was given my parcel for delivery (AZA***8) by adidas on 12/12/2024, to date my order has not reached my place of residence. I have made countless calls with no luck due to their poor call centre service. The said part is that the parcel was bought for my son who was going abroad, unfortunately he had leave without the parcel. This is worst kind of service i have ever experienced in my existence.
