Parcel!

If I could give 0 stars I would! The package was supposed ti be delivered YESTERDAY. Phoned them only to find out that the driver didn't have enough time to delive our parcel. We expect delivery today, but yes again no parcel. Only to phone and find out that the driver was there but my fiancé "wasn't available" he didn't even call or anything to state that he was there? Are we supposed to smell that the parcel is there? Unbelievable! And yes we are being charged perday for the delivery!! Which is unacceptable!! The poorest and most horrible service ever.
