package left in middle of the road

Courierit was sent to pick up our Nespresso machine on the 15/12/2015. We signed the paper that the machine was handed over to their driver. Later the afternoon we received a phone call that the driver does not know where the machine was. We drove home to find the machine in the middle of the road. We contacted the call centre but it was time wasted. Not even a sorry, the machine would have been picked up the next day but they never showed.
