Order confusion

<p>Messed up tracking numbers.</p> <p>Mixed up the tracking numbers for two different orders that was supposed to be sent the same day.</p> <p>Package one was shipped Thursday morning, and the second was shipped Thursday night. I recieved the package sent at night, and the one from the morning is still in Cape Town. According to the tracking numbers, state the one I recieved is still in Cape Town and the other I haven't recieved has been recieved.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable. I was supposed to get delivery on Thursday as I need the items for the weekend. So no delivery on what I acatually need, so I'm losing money from not being able to do my work this weekend.</p> <p>Also, the tracking numbers aren't getting any updated reports on where they are or what is happening.</p> <p>Poor service. Won't recommend it to anyone.</p>
