One email was all it took!

In this day and age, we don't often get the service that we expect.<br> <br> I recently purchased an item online and it was shipped via CourierIT. Unfortunately the delivery address was my home address and nobody would be at home during the scheduled delivery time.<br> <br> I sent an email requesting a change of address and about 15 minutes later I received an email saying that the address has been changed and the delivery will take place within 2 days.<br> <br> It's not magic, but it's simply good, speedy service.
