Offers Pathetic service n so unprofessional

The service offered by this company is really pathetic....poor communication and service.No one seems to know what is happening with the order.Have been following since morning only to be told now at 17:00 that the order won't be delivered.Again this is me calling them again lack of respect for clients!!!
