Novela helped me so well
Novela helped me so well. I was not home but arranged for my package to be delivered at my office. There was a problem going inside, but he quickly reached out to the delivery team and the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. All customer service agents can take an example from Novela of what great customer service means. He turned an unhappy customer into a satisfied customer :)
