Not reliable. Poor customer service.

I was scheduled to receive my parcel on the 28th of May but I did not receive it. It was then later rescheduled for the 4th of June, then rescheduled again for the 5th of June, the 6th of June but I have not received my package. I got 3 different calls from their agents asking me if I received my package and I told them I have not. each one of them said they gonna escalate the matter but till now my parcels are know where to be found. they honestly do not even deserve the 1 star rating. this is poor service beyond belief.
