Not impressed with your courier services

I received an Sms today from the company to say that my parcel is being delivered during the course of the day, so I stayed at home to make sure that I will be available when the courier arrives. No one ever came or called or hooted, I then received an sms to say that my order has been updated with important information due to a delivery exception. I called to find out what this means, and apparently the driver was at my house but I might've not been available? So, I told the lady that I've been at home the whole day, waiting for the arrival of the order and I no contact was made to say we are struggling to find your place (if indeed that was the issue) or there is no one available to collect (which is not the case). This is very unacceptable, as I now have to wait even longer for the parcel or go and collect it myself at the depot. I am very disappointed in this bad service, I have not experienced this with any other courier company, I think that you need to put trackers on your vehicles to ensure that parcels are being delivered.
