not delivering goods as promised

yesterday I received a phone call from a courier to inform me that they are about to deliver the goods from Telkom<br> I asked the guy why was I not informed prior to the delivery as I am at work realising that he is at the wrong address which is in the east of Pretoria and I stay in the north<br> I gave him my address arrange time of from work and waited for him at my home<br> After 4 hours my wife phone him to find out where he is just to out that he is still at the wrong address<br> He informed my wife he will not deliver the goods but will give it someone else to deliver the following day at the new delivery address in Wonderboom at my wife's work<br> My wife even contacted the office to provide the correct delivery address at her work after which they still ended up by trying to deliver the goods at my home address and of course I will not be there as I am at work and no prior arrangement were made for delivery at my home<br> The company were phone three times with the correct delivery address they promised twice to deliver but still no goods<br> When phoned at 16
