NON delivery of parcel

I have to say I never ever received such bad service. Trying to get hold of the Branch manager for Port Elizabeth, only to be told he will call me back, no such luck.

I promised my parcel will be delivered on Wednesday and to be told sorry sir it won't be, then to be told it will go out today (friday) yet again no such luck.

As I am waiting for this parcel I'm paying for something that I have not received.

If any one at Courierit could possibly contact me that would wonderful. But I'm not getting my hopes up.
