Non-delivery of a parcel in over a week

CourierIT called me on Tuesday alerting me that they have a parcel to deliver to me and wanted to confirm deliveri address, of which we did. I also told them to deliver before 12 noon, as I won't be available after 12, to which they agreed. But the rest of the week they kept calling me at 4 pm to deliver, and I was not available. I complained to them on Thursday, and promised to deliver the following week at work. When I called them on Tuesday, they had even forgotten all about last week. Useless company this CourierIT!!!
