Non-delivery
This morning I received an SMS about a delivery for today. I cancelled 2 appointments to be available. At 17:10 I tracked the parcel and the message read "Contact Not Available". I was at home the WHOLE day waiting for the delivery and there was no attempt to make a delivery. If I had known Courierit was going to make the delivery I would NEVER have placed the order, from past experience when they were involved.

15 Oct 2019, 18:53Courierit has now really excelled themselves in poor service. Yesterday morning I get an SMS informing me of a pending delivery between 09:00 and 17:00. I cancelled 2 appointments to be home for the delivery. At 16:52 their website shows "Contact Not Available", this despite me being home the whole day. I called to find out what is going but had no success! Today at ±12:30 I get a call to find out when I will be available. I told the gentleman I will be home at 14:00. NOW 4 hours later still NO delivery – now the same message appears on the website at 16:59! Unfortunately I forgot to ask the supplier which courier service they use as I have had 2 previous experiences with Courierit where my parcels travelled for a week at a time around Cape Town before delivery took place. If I had known who the courier would be I would NEVER have placed the order!
