NON-DELIVERY CourierIt

I am waiting for a cellc parcel that Courier It is suppose to deliver. The Klerksdorp branch will call me daily to arrange deliver, but have not received my parcel, going on 3 weeks today. They call daily to confirm delivery address, and right after, I get an sms for not being able to deliver with no reason. Really not reliable. Couriers is supposed to make life easier, but this is just a frustration.
