Non-delivery

I am highly disappointed with the service from CourierIT. I placed the below two orders on different days however I am still missing one which was placed earlier.

Dawn Wing - OFT1T***8 Order placed on 11/11/2020 received today 13/11/2020 CourierIT - AAAA*** Order placed on 08/11/2020 still not received

AAAA*** was supposed to be delivered on 12/11/2020 "Driver ran out of time" as per TrackIT. The call center agent advised me they will change the driver the next day. 13/11/2020 I called the call center and they advised it will be delivered today and was working from home the whole day. The parcel was still issued to the same driver Sicelo Nombela. 17:19 I get a sms stating Contact Not Available, but I was home and he never even went to the reception. The call center said the driver said my phone was on voicemail which is not true, even if it was on voicemail there is a buzzer at my reception and I had informed the security about an order coming through.

I don't know if this is a driver problem or CourierIT as Dawn Wing was able to deliver my parcel with no issues. I bought these items for a function which is happening tomorrow and it will be useless if he delivers on Monday.

@TFG Could you please send all my future orders with Dawn Wing as I have always received them with no issues.
