No Service, Juest Empty Promises

I read reviews and must say, they do not deserve a single star. Empty Promises. I get an SMS saying the guy is en route. Checking then they cannot find me. Unlike other companies the driver does not even phone to find out where I am. Going to the office I am told they do not have a parcel like that. How can they still exist?
