No service from courierit!

I have ordered a phone with Telkom on 23/07/2018 received an sms on Monday 30 July 2018 that the phone will be delivered the same day between 08h00 and 17h00. I sat at my work which is he delivery address until 17h00 and no delivery. Tuesday I checked the tracking which stated delivery will take place Tuesday. I phoned courierit at 15h20 to inquiry when they will deliver when the lady told me it is scheduled for Tuesday it will be there before 17h00. I waited and phoned again at 16h34 which i was then told it is scheduled for Today (Wednesday). I then received an sms at 19h40 that they were unable to deliver my phone, the link provided for reason said "contact not available" but no-one even tried to phone me. This is unacceptable and I will not suggest using this company.
