NO SERVICE

should be no stars.... my parcel arrived in Durban on Saturday... now Wednesday evening and still not delivered... no service, dont answer calls and when they do then placed on hold for over 5 mins until the call eventually gets cut. They do not respond to emails... I really wish Nespresso would look at other courier options... :-(
