No service

I have a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on Friday according to the message with the tracking number I received. I tried calling Courier It Johannesburg and Pretoria numerous times but there is simply no answer. Saturday I received the same message that my parcel will be delivered today. I checked the app again today, and it now says unable to deliver due to address. The irony is, no one bothered to call me to let me know they can't find my home or whatever their excuse would be. I have tried calling them numerous times, but since they don't answer they're phones I am really curious as to what they decided to do with my parcel since they couldn't even contact me. I have never made use of them myself, but obviously never would either. I was suppose to have my parcel by Friday and now I have no idea where it is or how to get a hold of them. This is really pathetic service.
