no service !!

I had a parcel that had to be collected from a printing company and the courier driver mixed up the waybills, as per his SALES EXECUTIVE this is not the first time, I was willing to wait for my parcel and the sales executive explained to me that this is priority to them! He promised I would have my goods no later than Thursday, (today) my understanding of priority is over night! I will now MAYBE receive my parcel on Friday! This is NO service to the public! I am almost certain I am not the ONLY unhappy customer!!!!
