No Service

Very very bad service. Very unorganized. They dont plan their routs properly. And it is a mission to get hold of someone as the lines are always busy. They received my order on the 4th. On the 7th it was loaded on the wrong truck. Yesterday it was on the right truck but the driver never showed up. I phoned to try and confirm delivery but first the lines kept on being engaged. Eventually when I got hold of them I was told the driver's phone was off but he will get a message to phone me. I waited at work until 17:15. He did not phone and he never showed up. Today it was loaded on the truck AGAIN. It took me about an hour to get hold of the client services to confirm delivery will be done today - as the lines are constantly engaged, but once again the drivers phone is off. They cant get a hold of him and will send him a message to phone me. REALLY? I have spoken to numerous people there including a manager. So wat am I expected to do here? Hope every day it get put on the right truck and then wait after work every day hoping for the best? In what state will my package be by the time it gets here? Being loaded on and off truck daily from the 4th of December?
