No regard for customer service

I had my package set to be delivered on Friday, in the morning it showed that my package was loaded and set for delivery and for 12pm to get an email saying "Dear Client We were unable to deliver your parcel due to a Address Problem on 08/10/2021",when this happened the driver didn't even bother to inform me of the challenge . I then called in the customer care which there was absolutely no customer care bad a rude an *********** lady who seems to not have any answers of idea of what is going on and has no understanding. I had to drive to courier to get my package. As if the systems is not inconveniencing enough the customer service is horrible. What an inconvenience and useless service and no regard for the end userd.
